TS Compression Type LoadCell is manufactured using high quality Stainless Steel or Special alloy steels.
Alloy steel models are hardened by heat treatment and after being cleaned by sandblasting method, all surfaces are homogeneously coated with Nickel and become more resistant to corrosion.
TS model compression type load cells are especially designed for use in vehicle scales, wagon scales, tank and silo weighing.
TS Compression Type LoadCell has passed rigorous tests in the force laboratories of the Netherlands-based NMI, a reputable Netherlands-based notified body specialized in metrological testing and certification in Europe and the world, and received the OIML R60 certificate in C4 class.
As a result of the tests carried out in the range of -10˚C and 40˚C, TS Compression Type Loadcell has reached high accuracy and sensitivity in the values of nMax=4000 (Maximum number of divisions), Y=Emax/Vmin 15000 (Example: 666 grams in 10 tons capacity).
TS Pressure Type LoadCell Measurement area is covered with stainless steel pipes and covers to prevent damage from environmental factors and protected by laser welding and made dust and waterproof (IP68).
TS Pressure Type Load Cell uses standard 4x022mm2 PVC flame retardant outer sheath, aluminum and tinned copper braided shielded cable that provides protection against external noise and signals.
Optionally, armored or exproof silicone cables can be preferred.
Armored cables are more resistant to external factors and provide protection from rodents such as mice.
Silicone cables, on the other hand, provide excellent heat shielding in high temperature working environments and can be used up to 180°C continuous temperature and 220°C for short periods. Thanks to their excellent climate resistance, silicone cables can be used in both high and low temperatures down to -60°C.
