LW590 Wheel Loader Scale
- Bucket Scale (Wheel Loader Scale) is a dynamic weighing and automatic collection equipment mounted on a wheel loader.
- When the lifting arm of the wheel loader is lifted to a certain height, the position sensor triggers the weighing process, and the weighing indicator collects the oil pressure signal from the upper and lower oil chambers of the arm lifting oil cylinder.
- After the loader scale signal processing and compensation, the Single bucket loading weight will be automatically taken and summed up as Total Loading Weight.
- The operator assesses whether the current Single bucket loading weight is valid according to the alarm messages and can verify the loading weight of the last bucket against the negative deviation value. Wheel Loader Scale

Bucket Scale (Wheel Loader Scale) is a dynamic scale and automatic collection equipment mounted on the wheel loader. When the lifting arm of the wheel loader is lifted to a certain height, the position sensor triggers the weighing process and the weighing indicator collects the oil pressure signal from the lower and upper oil chambers of the arm lift oil cylinder.
After signal processing and compensation, single bucket loading weight will be taken automatically and summed up as Total Loading Weight.
The operator evaluates whether the current single bucket loading weight is valid according to the alarm messages and can verify the loading weight of the last bucket according to the negative deviation value.
