Single Liquid Filling Machine

Using a weighing-based system, the machine is capable of filling PET bottles and cans from 100 ml to 30 kg. The weighing platforms corresponding to each filling opening are equipped with load cells with a capacity of 100 kg. These load cells precisely measure the weight of the bottle or can during filling.

During the filling process, the air and electronic installations controlled by filling indicators are integrated in the machine’s chassis. These indicators can be set from 100 ml to 30 kg according to the user’s needs.

The measuring system has a maximum error rate ranging from ±5 g to ±20 g with a minimum accuracy of 5 g. This precision ensures that the filling process is carried out extremely accurately.

The air pressure required for filling machine operation is between 6 and 8 atmospheres. The self-priming pump inside is used to take the filling material from the tank and deliver it to the filling mouth.

The filling machine operates with 220 volt electricity and consumes 100 watts of energy per hour. This energy efficiency ensures that the machine offers low electricity costs even in long-term use.
