Principle of Operation

• The product is transferred to the scales by means of vibrating groove system.
• Product transfer speed adjustment (digital and sensitivity ratio can be adjusted.)
• Weighing system can be done roughly and precisely with the electronic system of piece weighing (loadcell).
• When the product reaches the desired filling range, it automatically stands ready.
• The product waiting in the weighing chamber is made with the touch button to discharge the product.
• It can be easily filled in containers, sachets, nylon, pet and box packages.
• Filling range can write the desired weight units value with electronic touch screen.
• The machine fills the air requirement with its own compressor system.
• The parts in contact with the product in the machine consist of chrome stainless (430 quality) suitable for food.
• The body of the machine consists of food grade chrome stainless steel (430 quality).
• The machine is wheeled and can be pulled to the desired location and the brakes can be pressed where the brakes are located.
• The machine can be controlled with full electronic system.
• It has the feature of remote connection to the electronic panel of the machine.
