CF Foot Type Loadcell

 

CF Foot Type Loadcell Especially developed for weighing tanks and silos, It provides easy assembly to tanks and silos with its machine foot design.

Complete stainless steel construction works smoothly in food, chemical and industrial conditions.

CF is cylindrical and consists of 4 arms. It works in the logic of 4 different loadcells compared to shear type load cells, therefore it is more stable and safer against lateral loads.

An external mounting kit is not required for tank and silo weighing applications.

All CF Loadcells are tested according to the test procedures specified in OIML R60 recommendations.

The measuring zone is welded with stainless steel covers to make it resistant to all kinds of adverse environmental conditions, dust and water protection level is IP67 (EN 60529)

CF Foot Type Loadcell developed by Kobastar and obtained an industrial design patent from Turkish Patent Institution.

 

Cable;

CF Foot Type Loadcells are equipped with 4x022mm2 PVC flame retardant outer sheath, Aluminum and tinned copper braided shielded cable to protect against external noise and signals.

Optionally armored or exproof silicon cables can be preferred.

CF Foot Type Loadcell is more resistant to external influences with armored cables also provide protection from rodents such as mice.

Silicone cables provide excellent heat shield in high temperature working environments can be used up to 180°C continuous temperature and short term up to 220°C.

Silicone cables are used in both high and low temperatures up to -60°C thanks to their excellent climate resistance.
