FSH Compression and Tension type Loadcell is produced using special alloy steels and optional stainless steel versions are also available.

Alloy steel models are hardened by heat treatment and cleaned by sandblasting method. All surfaces are coated with Nickel homogeneously and become more resistant to corrosion.

FSH Compression and Tension Loadcell is produced using Shear type strain gauges, and while 4 strain gauges are used in normal loadcells, FSH models can increase this number to 8 or 16, so they give more linear output because of the strain signals from different points and become more suitable for use in force testing machines.

All Loadcells are tested according to the test procedures specified in the OIML R60 recommendations.

More reliable and accurate weighing results are obtained with specially manufactured mounting kits for silo and tank weighing.

FSH is suitable for measurements in narrow areas due to its low height.

The measuring zone is welded with stainless steel covers to make it resistant to all kinds of adverse environmental conditions, dust and water protection level is IP67 (EN 60529)

FSH Compression and Tension type Load Cell has more strain gauge than normal load cells with its arm type structure, therefore it is more sensitive and highly resistant to lateral loads.



FSH Compression and Tension type load cell is equipped with 4x022mm2 PVC flame retardant outer sheath, Aluminum and tinned copper braided shielded cable to protect against external noise and signals.

Optionally, armored or exproof silicon cables can be preferred.

FSH Compression and Tension load cells are more resistant to external influences with armored cables, also provide protection from rodents such as mice.

Silicone cables provide excellent heat shield in high temperature working environments, can be used up to 180 ° C continuous temperature and short term up to 220 ° C. Silicone cables are used in both high and low temperatures up to -60 ° C thanks to their excellent climate resistance.
