Features:
- FSH Mine Type Loadcell is manufactured using special alloy steels, optional stainless steel versions can also be produced.
- Alloy steel models are hardened by heat treatment and after cleaning with sandblasting method, all surfaces are homogeneously coated with Nickel and become more resistant to corrosion.
- FSH Mine Type Loadcells are manufactured using shear type straingages, and while 4 straingages are used in normal loadcells, this number can increase to 8 or 16 in FSH models, for this reason, since strain signals are received from different points, they give more linear output and become suitable for use in force testing machines.
- All Loadcells are tested in accordance with the test procedures specified in OIML R60 recommendations.
- FSH Mine Type Loadcell is used in industrial areas such as force testing machines, silo and tank weighing etc.
- More reliable and accurate weighing results are obtained with specially produced mounting kits for silo and tank weighing.
- Due to the low height of the FSH, it is suitable for measurements in confined spaces.
- The measurement area is made resistant to all kinds of adverse environmental conditions by welding with stainless steel covers, dust and water protection level is IP67 class (EN 60529)
- FSH Mine Type Loadcell has more strain gauges than normal load cells with its arm type structure, so it is more sensitive and highly resistant to lateral loads.
